Environment is very good and comfortable for the process which I worked however some of the people are good in nature and helpful

...isturbing and hatred they spread over the company it's the admin of the company. Coming to the salary structure they provide very less salary comparing to work they provide and salary credit date is too late

Worst company...no one is supportive... operation manager is unprofessional he himself is not coming to office and expecting his team to come to office... assistant manager does romance on floor...overall environment is non professional

Yes..no salary increment from past 5_6 years....salary issues.... partiality also observed...hr will also not help you...ur trapped ..do not join this company...

Good staff and interview was not that stuff even for a freshers it's a good start with a good salary.

As the lockdown has started company has given the salary for the march month and for the April month it has given only 50% salary, the company said after that also they don't have money. As it is a old amd well established bpo it must had the backup.. the employee's were ready for doing the work from home from the 1st day itself but as the company is lacking behind with the i.t department so they have taken over 1 month to do the setup for the same they had given PC's to 50 % employees in the month of may and remaining 50% in the last week of may(inbound department) the outbound, cctl, email, is still out of service the company just needs to save money that's it.. over the year i m working there is no performance appraisal neither the salary increment over the year.. unless and until you get promoted to a position.. it is the worst company so if you are going to work this is my experience you can have something different that's it for now
