In The startek company Ghansoli location Company have poor management and very rude behavior of hr and Manger they are forcefully abscond the people . I had experience to work in n same company before 5 years ,that's why wanted to restart my career with them..They hire under graduation candidate who have zero knowledge, but if I went for the same process where I had experience in same field and given 2 rounds of interview they rejected me and given me reason that I was higher qualified for this job role ... I don't know what the client is looking for his employees ... They need candidates who have zero knowledge and zero experience ..... They don't want a candidate who actually matches ur requirement and ready to contribute everything to meet ur goal....Read More
