This is particularly true in certain projects or roles that require constant client interaction and project deliverables. 3. **Limited Career Progression for Some**: Some employees feel that career progression may not always be clear or transparent. While Accenture offers many opportunities for growth, the path to promotion can sometimes be slow or competitive, especially in more senior positions. 4. **Hierarchical Structure**: Accenture, like many large organizations, has a hierarchical structure that some employees find limiting.
