If you have any medicine emergency, don't suppose management will understand.. so keep it secret if you can. Otherwise they overload you. Also if you are eligible for promotion and you have done almost everything which suppose to be criteria the same. Still they said kiya kya hai apne.... LoL 😂

Work Details

Work policy: 1 week in a month. But for outsider 1 week in a couple of months

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Poor work life balance, Retaliation happens even when they say they are against it but when you say to your big leads NO which you're not comfortable doing it, they make sure your life goes hell in the company. No holidays, no leaves, sick leaves hard to get, no bonus no salary increment the PDO project is ruining day by day, targetting to remove senior employees by hook by crook.
