A lot of drama and toxicity at workplace. Favouritism at its peak. Being working at client location , HR visits are only for giving out warning letters. No HR cares about its employees. Complaints from the employees are not taken seriously and are ignored. Employees working for last 10 years are getting only one percent hike while they are on boarding new people with double two triple salary.
