Company was good 😊 but work load is at average level employes here won't be entertaine more no excuses would work at work time company would keep the pressure of work at heights though in question of holidays and paid holidays company is good 👍 about salary company each time pay at time even company's salary pay scale date is between 1-7 and 7-15 of each months if your overall record of the work and attandance is perfect company pay salary on time if we talk about carrier growth here it's average chances here for carrier growth hard work would prefered along with bone breaking efforts to get promotions.Pay scale of salary is average in comparison of other companies for the same profile.God bless Us.

I was in under the payroll of startek Hyderabad and i was work from home i still remember my trainer Name Mr Ranit roy seriously most genuine and talented Person he he trained me about my process and he trained me the way you can love your work salary time was not confirm but between 8 to 12 u will definitely get your salary And one more thing in many companies hr not even listen to your queries but there is a mam in Startek her Name is vaishalini Pandey mam. she is so professional that if you have any queries related to salary or salary slip , she will definitely resolve your problem at any cost most genuine down to earth lady ( Ma)

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. In pandemic situation also our company gave fully secure for my job

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good facilities every year. But, currently working from home
