Just join as a fresher to gain experience nothing else. Don't thing about any benefit there.

Work culture. No appraisal. Faltu management. No permanent growth they will promote you temporary basis coz they don't have to pay extra perks and as per there convience they will do your demotion and will send back to calls.

There are lots of opportunities to grow and create a niche for yourself if you are a fresher.. Amazing place to work and grow along with good infrastructure..

There is no salary increment on advisor level until and unless you crack IJP for next role..

... security is 💯% they don't kick out people easily even when they do blunder. If you're TL and above, salary will hit your account without any delay

If you're hard-working. It won't work there. Managers need followers who smoke with them and discuss chit-chat. They keep on burdening you with work & night shifts unless you say no. No appraisal, no matter of your hardwork Manager isn't aware how you work even when your assistant manager is appreciating 😅😅

...promotions majorly to female candidates. The hiring techniques is having faults. Also improper salary slab with double PF deduction which they will not inform you. This company will take money from you on deewali and bring decorations items.. but do not provides any gifts to employees .
