I'm Staying in this company from 21 Dec 2021 .I have learnt more things of this company.All are team leaders well and helpful in the floor for every agents Leaving one or two team leaders.And the assistant manager Mr.Krishna nand dewidi ji is such of nice person. All things are well till now.

There is one problem salary is low and not giving leave whenever need.

There is a lot of political and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very less in domestic process not career growth in process. I spend 2.8 years in this process but I am not promoted. Rahul Kumar pnb manager is not giving promotion for pnb associate. He is given promotion to unother process candidates (specially girls). After u can leave this organisation if u can join in unother process HR will said u will join again because policy is changed. Hiring team is not support you. Then don't give shuttle in this process also.

...oes to the office to have fun, for fooling around and for shouting here & there. No transparency about leaves, salary structure, attendance. It is not #starteklife. It is #toxiclife

...rty politics. Managers are liars and peddlers of favouritism and dirty politics. Salary deductions always to the point that so many batch mates had to abscond. No job security if someone dislikes you in the management they could simply take a call that you took in which you accidentally made mistake and can fire you on that basis in half an hour.

Dislikes

False salary deductions, in the name of short login even when you give your entire 8 hours daily. Not even once my entire salary got credited, unnecessary deductions. Everyone is a liar here. According to constitution, in overtime you get paid double the amount of basic pay per hour. I never got that on the top of that they lied about incentive programs, so many agents did their best to get incentives and at the last, all the managers divided that amount in them selves ( a conversation I heard in the cabin). So much politics in the time of promotion.
