...g that is a positive about the company is the work force, that is my colleagues. With all honesty, there has been no support from the company is anyway possible and let's start with the salary and the added payment that was promised along with the added workload that they have not provided as per the contract and that shows the company's incompetency. Next, is the nature and amount of work that has been given to employees working from home and with all confidence I can say that it has been shameful from the side of the company to demand such labour from the employees with very less to no pay at all. The quantity and quality of work that is demanded from the employees does not live up to the standards promised neither the amount of incentives or pay given. This is truly sad and unprofessional for a so called "reliable" company.

Dislikes

Well, what is there to like. The salary cut, the unprovided incentives for fulfilled work. The added workload, the demand for extended working hours, the incompliance to pay for the extended working hours and extra work and most importantly the unreliable management. With all due respect, the employees do not need neither do they want excuses from the management or human resources with regards to incapability of the company to provide the deserving pay to the employees. Again, it is shameful on the side of the company. With the current pandemic going on, some things are understandable but these notices that have been sent out past due are lame excuses and an indirect medium for putting the "workers" out of employment.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and they use the people for their own benefits. Salary is very low and growth is slow.

Good for skill development only. Other all things are worst no management no worklife balance manager will call you any time throughout the day Or night.
