Startek is a good company. I have had a good experience in this company and I am still associated with this company continuously.

Sometimes there is a problem in salary because salary does not grow. The customer agent has a little problem with that thing. Rest all else is fine. company no problem

Preferences are only to be given to dearest people even if the person does not have any skill Minimal and not satisfactory appraisal and increment to be given Made you to work for 24*7 hours Not satisfactory work-life balance Leaves you with doubtful Gives you a notice period without any clarity People manipulate No privacy is to be given to anonymous feedback

No job security or Appraisal or Salary hike or bonus nothing on special days like Pongal,Deepavali or Christmas etc not even a single rupee for special days .in other companies they are giving sweets box for Deepavali or some bonus..here nothing...
