...rty politics. Managers are liars and peddlers of favouritism and dirty politics. Salary deductions always to the point that so many batch mates had to abscond. No job security if someone dislikes you in the management they could simply take a call that you took in which you accidentally made mistake and can fire you on that basis in half an hour.

False salary deductions, in the name of short login even when you give your entire 8 hours daily. Not even once my entire salary got credited, unnecessary deductions. Everyone is a liar here. According to constitution, in overtime you get paid double the amount of basic pay per hour. I never got that on the top of that they lied about incentive programs, so many agents did their best to get incentives and at the last, all the managers divided that amount in them selves ( a conversation I heard in the cabin). So much politics in the time of promotion.

There is no work security they can remove you any time , and they think you do not need any leave for your self , you need urgent leave , if you need seek leave, if you ask the for leave 1 month ego you will never get it,

Worst place to work no job security, they throw out you when their work completed and the salary was too low as compared to work they show 15k for freshers and 19k for experienced but they giving 9k for freshers and 12k for experienced and the work they needed like a labour, fully target work is here if the target is completed you are the best employe if not you're the worst employe for them.

There is lot of politics and the management is worst .salary is not satisfied with the work ,no career growth. Training is not given as desired only 1-2 days training.

...is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good . Good salary hike and bonus every year .

There is a bond of 1.5 years . If you resigns before you will not get your experience letter.

Work pressure is high , only three leaves in month , there is no guarantee to stay in job if they don't need you so they can fire you for silly reason , no manner to talk employees , there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adddress our issues. Salary is low for the jobs . No safety for future .
