Unfortunately! I am not satisfied with star health, due to following reasons- 1. Company not giving that much salary to the employers as per their work. 2. Company not giving a single day leave for health issue in a month, if a single day an employer is on leave for any health issue or any other reason, company not giving the salary or deducting the salary for that particular day. 3. There is no cab facility or transportation allowance company giving the employers. 4. Even there should be 2 week offs in a week but this facility is also not available. 5. Many times company deducting the money without any reason. 6. There is not food facility in the hyderabad zone office and in that building there is not a single canteen available. I AM REQUESTING TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY OF THIS COMPANY, THAT WHEN YOU WILL THINKING ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES FIRST THEN YOUR CUSTOMER WILL BE SATISFIED. SOO FIRST GIVE HAPPINESS TO THE EMPLOYEE THEN YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE HAPPY ACCORDINGLY. Due to this following reasons I am not happy with this company and I personally want to give 0 points out of 10 for this company. Thank you Purnima patro

Work environment is very good and they were provided good training also. Innovative ideas and thoughts.Work with this Company is very well. So I so much thankful to our Company Management as well as my Coliques and All.

Everything is Very well. But Company giving salary is linked with Target Oriented. It not suitable for All. So Very much disadvantage For Insurence Company like this. But other Insurance companies giving very good packages on this.

I hav improved alot after joining in to star health... I learned how to communicate people... respectful job...decent pay...improved lot of medical knowledge

Here seniors migrate your business and earns commission/incentives and will eat your job if you raise a voice.
