Bad politics, Managers are not gud.., if uh make happy with briyani they will support uh.. If they want to target uh means need to understand that some one give something heigher then uh thats y ur manager is targating uh.. While they are give joinee letter they told uh to do 8 hrs shift aftr cmpleting ur trainee they are asking to do nine hrs shift.. If uh not u can leave the job.. And those who all managers sitting in corporate ofc they all are thing they are the cmony owner and they all are treating uh like hell.. Apprisal that word is gud only but in this cmony in the name of apprisal they will give uh a tocken amoun of 501 . Very worst cmony now aftr new cmd came.......Read More
