They started well in india in 2022, great place to work for those in mid seniority level.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Processes are not streamlined, manager is king. For 2 years no hikes. They would chose selected few for this and would never let you what was really wrong. Whole year you they ask no question and at end they say they are not happy with your performance. There is dummy appraisal system which they right all good things but benefits are given to only selected few. Majority of work is supporting internal client and as developer you need to jump between the two. Also you need to work on all fronts....Read More
