About the role:

Test Autopmation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for testing application E2E, all the components of applications like API , web , server. Automate the API and UI, performance test using JMeter or any other standard tool.
• Recording the Performance test details in test storage, owning the modules and guiding team to optimize the automation framework and QA release process.
• Understanding of pipeline and triggering the suites (Sanity, smoke and regression and functional testing) on need basis.
• Publishing the results, demoing the issues to Dev team, escalating the impediments, blockers to leads /team.
• Having knowledge of STLC and agile process. Excellent in Test planning, test strategy, test matrix, Bug Triage knowledge.
• Good have knowledge and experience in goggle maps, geo locations related projects.
• Azure knowledge is a plus point for maintain suits and repository.
• Skills - E2E for which we follow Typescript playwright (POM), Rest Sharp, C#, Selenium, Playwright with Typescript, Postman, JMeter

Required Skills Experience:

• 6+ years working in manual testing and automation (UI and API)
• Should have hands on in automation scripting and execution.
• Very good experience in automation framework developments (POM , TDD, BDD), integrating pipelines and running the builds.
• Experience in Typescript playwright and Rest sharp.
• Experience with test methodologies and best practices for productive delivery.
• Awareness of cross-browser compatibility testing and geo application knowledge plus insurance domain knowledge is plus.
• Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git, SVN or Mercurial etc.
• Should have good communication skills, able to resolve build issues, code refactoring issues, code reviews.
• Should be aware of test planning, test case reviews, test creation, test matrix preparation and test audit recordings. Helping team and defining the goals.
