1. Work Culture Declined – It was good before, but in the last few years, it has become bad. Employee well-being is ignored. 2. Poor Management – The new management is immature and changes policies as they like, without ethics or concern for employees. Management from Hyderabad are really not up to the mark. They brought Service company culture and lot of micro management within teams. Principal had wonderful culture till 2-3 years back but now everything has changed and this company now going in wrong direction with poor managers and poor higher management....Read More
