Initial work culture of Principal was very good early management used to focus on employees growth , learning with. No micro-management but starting from what you are wearing to what are doing everything is monitored .

Dislikes

No better salary hikes Micro-management Focus shifting towards cost cutting and being like service based company instead of product Not good for career growth Management will focus more on you wearing collared shirt with tucking instead of quality delivery

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

2. Policy changes from WFH to Return to office with no major reason 3. Notice period is 3 months 4. Lack of maturity with new management 5. No HR - Employee colloboration rather blind trust on managers on even salary discussion. 5. No way to get individual Manager's feedback rather as group which helps poor manager to be still safe side.
