...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months

Despite initially seeming like a good opportunity, the reality is far from it. Job security is non-existent here; employees are constantly worried about layoffs and sudden terminations without any warning or fair reasoning. The work environment is toxic, with upper management creating a culture of fear and stress. Constructive feedback is ignored, and employees feel undervalued and unsupported. The company seems to value profits over people, leading to high turnover rates. Managers don’t prioritize employee well-being or growth, and there’s minimal effort to foster a positive or collaborative team culture. No weekends 7 days working

Present Head office people are helpful and our Boss Tripurari sir is outstanding he is very much understanding for ground level work

HR department work little more efficiency required. Specialy recruitment and compliance part also salary disbursement.

The business is seasonal, hence for 4-5 months, you may enjoy lean period.

A long list. 1. Absolutely 0 job security. 2. Very poor management. They may hire you at huge salary but after 3-4 months, they may not able to pay you and HR asks you to resign. 3. Lack of vision.
