I have ever seen a worst management in my whole work experience. Manager will never allow you to talk with anyone and spy on you if they find you talking to anyone from the same unit. I resigned as money is not the only factor that makes us work. They really speak badly about you in your absence.

Environmental and innovation too politics low salary in the world as a MNC bank. For experience people no hike in salary growth for fresher, leaving bank join again employees will get hike more. Bank should consider the present cost of leaving consider all metros are same.No pensions scheme. For hard work information people no growth no grading.

Good work life balance. Good HR policies. Office setup is good. Job security is good. Opportunity to take cross functional projects and movement. Champions environmental issues like Global warming, climate change.

Compensation and annual pay revisions can be quite better. Though there is a huge focus on up skill and re skill but on the job learning is minimal. No proper cafeteria setup at office and eating options are limited.

I received an offer letter from standard chartered. Which is a great step for me to start as an investment banker. However i don't know the pathway. I wanna reach the top level in investment banking.
