All the banks in today's time are working as a insurance company and employees are working as agents. Federal bank was the best place to work when i joined but nowadays it is horrible working culture. Late sittings, selling insurance is a daily practice. Unrealistic targets for such a small work force is a new start.l

Nothing as such. Seniors are bad and management is not at all transparent. Company HR policies are among the worst in industry.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is extremely slow. Seniors are only there to misbehave and abuse, not to help you. There's a lot of back stabbing going on there.

Policy and sales pressure as someone who want to learn more about wealth management and investment, I'm stuck in log-in days this learning curve is bad some Officers are treating customer as it's late 90s where they can move customer from counter to counter and delay paper work, not realising that it is also affecting other's efficiency as well. last but not least Transfer policy, not able to move to a desired location even if Mutual agreement is there
