Job security are not there they're just hired and not given time to understand the process and not given time to get relationship with customer and fired they're expecting immediate results.from existing organisation.manager are not helpful.not action oriented toward stuff's problem.

No good environment n cultural is average yes huge cafeteria no chilling bcos of sales huge pressure on life insurance n general insurance that's the reason employee not focusing on core business morning evening li li li gi gi gi I think kotak was not going on kotak bank focous on kotak life insurance business that is the reason employee alteration rasio huge

I m working in kotak last 12 years My salary not decent slow career growth no salary increase and management not address my issue only our growth and left the organisation

Initial they give high compensation at time of Joining but later on approx nil hike

Long working hours u have to work on Saturday and Sunday, lack of digitalisation, rude managers with no support, complicated process,

Company is supportive in every front for their employees. Management took care very well of employees and their compensation during pandemic.

Dislikes

Some senior level people (location head) take their responsibilities as power to do anything and because of that employee has to offer. Not a case with me but saw it happening.
