Organization structure and manpower approval for down the line structure. Salary breakup which leads to more income tax. Some policies e.g. OYOC, Local Conveyance, Travel inland etc.

If you working in spark minda there is no future growth and no salary growth in this company. It's just for new student who need job for limited time. There is no security of job anytime they can give break or hold.

Where is lot of politics and the management does not address our school salary is decent but clear growth is slow there is bond of two years before which you can not ras IGN on the job training is not you can new joining
