I believe there is room for improvement everywhere ( as per time & situation). Hence, it would be beneficial to align policies more closely with an employee-centric approach. The fraud policies.

...after going to client site they give only 1 day off that to any day within week. Another point is while joining company and during induction they will say like on statutory holiday you will get double pay plus comp off. But after going to client site. They say you to work according to client site saying you either get double pay or comp off. Those who are joining as a fresher it is totally like a jail. They will sign a bond with you and they regularly black mail you like you have pay debt amount. Those who are in bond no increment is given to them. At client site no KT is given they make you work without any designation like if you are fresher even though they assign senior level tasks. Project managers and Manager's are totally non-technical they don't know the work process, If you faced any difficulty they don't help they say work on your own. There is no shift allowance. They change your shift according to them without discussing with employee any day. No leaves are given to employees and no leave imbursement is given. They will black mail you like if you take leave we will mark as leave without pay. Think thousand times before joining this company. And coming to hr's they speak sweet before joining this company later you don't believe they behave totally rude. I will prefer to say be at home instead of joining this company even if you have need of job. Think thousand times.

They give good salary and medical insurance.

Dislikes

Leaves are quite less i.e 12. They're like consultancy, if client or project is over, you're over. No bench. So apart from these two, I don't find any other reason. All other issues such as timings,wfo/wfh, working days all depends on client.
