I like that we get salary on last working day of the month.

...you sick still u have to come or they will threat that you won't get incentives. Big chunk of the salary is incentive. Transport is even worse, first they will move your cab in you front and you have to come by yourself, if you failed to come then forget about cab for next 7days.

- Very minimal increment to none - Growth financially and career wise is stagnant - Rotational and night shifts - Learn, earn and move on. Else you'll be getting low paid.

It's a great company for freshers, where they can learn a lot about the customer service domain.

Unexpected shift prolongings because of business needs and the pay structure , the in hand salary will be great but on papers it will be less because of incentive structure

Office is located in Ramajunam IT city, one of the main IT city. Infrastructure looks decent.

Dislikes

Pathetic salary hike. Max they would give is 3.75LPA which is for experienced people. Growth is dormant. They would ask you to push working hours, work 6 days a week compulsory if needed. Afterall its a call center job, you would be aware. Calls are stressful compared to chat. French process is an exception.

Grear opportunity for freshers to start their career n sal package is good for freshers.Incentives are also provided based on your performance.Initial training days would be awesome can have loads of fun.overall its a good company to wrk with.

At times OT is must,cafeteria food is kinda k,to sanction your leave depends on TL.
