...ll enter into your 30's so you are sacrificing your life to this organisation 5.salary : I should laugh for what they are offering for the highest CTC they offering is 3.75 to 1 to 2 years experience and above 2 years .it might be 4 CTC and it is highest and if you have 5 years of experience then you will get 5CTC and it is very rare as well ..out of 100 people ..one agent can have that 5CTC and rest 2 years experience will be 3.75 CTC and shocked as 3.75 CTC and take home will be 24000 per month and 4 CTC will be 26000 and for 5CTC is around 34000 only so much of cutoffs which included Sodexo where HR will say that Sodexo is free.Payroll will cut Sodexo 1200 into your CTC and it will be calculated 😂.1500 to 2000 incentives only in Foundever with targets where agents cannot achieve that targets Cabs facilities: drop and pick up but drivers are people mostly local drivers where they can be friendly sometimes can be rude and can drivers will say that they are location however when you see that they will be 1 km away from your location and. They will call the transport officer and say that employee is not picking up or he is not boarding in cab.Supose if you have shift of 1230 am graveyard..They will call you by sometimes 9:30 to 10:00 pm where employees will be in sleep at that time.Small cabs and accomodating and adjustment of 4 agents in one cab where it will make uncomfortable,Overspeed as well.If you have location of Yousufguda for example The next agent location will be at Borabanda and next agent will be somewhere in sananth nagar and sometimes it will be secunderabad agent location so reaching all 4 agents will take almost 2 hours.Complained many times regarding wrong routes.no action company won't take even look at that. Overall you need to judge whether want to join or to ignore this company.Company recently removed 200 agents at a time as 2 processes ramped off and this organisation will not even think to fire you and do not sacrifice your life to this kind of organisations. This kind of shit happened to me and my colleagues and my friends who are working in this organisation.So please re think and before join.You can abscond later if you wish however the time which you have invested will be waste and realising that you have taken the wrong step to choose this organisation.So I hope people who have seen this and taken time to read this review .I wish the best of luck for your future career and endeavours 😊 Signing off

You will be treated like a STARKID until you complete your TRAINING from their REALITY COMES into the picture , what i really like about working here i found my VALUE and it helped me leaving this toxic environment

FOUNDEVER is a company where employees will be treat like Sh***t, they pay you they will make your work like you are robots, YOU are the REASON they are getting paid by their CLIENTS, YOU are the FIRST FACE to the customer, YOU are responsible for any mistake happened, YOUR work will go on TOSS if something happened even if its not YOUR mistake YOU have to face meetings, THEY will not listen to you at all if you bring a detractor (meaning:bad survey) YOU are Responsible for all parameters, IF you think of leaving the organisation their faces and opinion towards you will change in fraction of seconds they will not speak to you or talk to you nicely even after you worked whole heartedly during your tenurity, I personally suggest DO NOT APPLY if you already joined and its been less than a month LEAVE you'll be HAPPY , in TRAINING you'll love the company because they KEPT BEST TRAINER With Best Jokes & Best Humor once your TRAINING is done you are NO ONE , you will be the Jacka*s once you hit PRODUCTION FLOOR, your BREAKS are Questioned , Your LOG IN hours are Questioned, YOU will be chosed for Pole Dancing to welcome clients if they Visit so that you show them you are HAPPY you will be asked to not speak anything BAD about anything when there is a client visit, YOU will be asked to focus at work if they come, SOMEBODY will be handpicked that too on their CONVENIENCE so that you DANCE for CLIENT so they become HAPPY, NO TEAM ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES during your tenurity YOU WILL WORK LIKE A SL*VE AND QUESTIONED ABOUT YOUR WORK IN YOU WHOLE SHIFT, SHIFT ENDS YOU NEED TO GO HOME NO CHANCE TO SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGEMENT NOBODY WILL LISTEN OR AMEND ON ANYTHING IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE OR DOESNT LIKE SOMETHING IN OTHER WORDS THEY DONT CARE S**HIT ABOUT YOU / YOUR GOALS / YOUR CAREER / YOUR HAPPINESS / YOUR HEALTH / NO approvals on Medical Leaves you will be questioned about MEDICAL DOCUMENTS, they say you have medical insurance but no guidance how to claim it, they say you will have best Team Leader , a TEAM LEADER who doesnt know anything about PROCESS just dependent on S.M.E (who is trained for the process) T.L will not consider you , They will only consider your log in hours, Poor S.M.E's they arr paid lesser than customer support agent but they are assigned to assit 20 agents in one day, please be good with them , I'm not saying you guys NOT TO JOIN, all i'm saying this if you REALLY LOVE YOURSELF ??? Do not think of FOUNDEVER !!! dont even refer your freind to this organization YOUR FREIND will CURSE YOU during his/her tenurity .. YOU CANT CHANGE THIS COMPANY UNTIL YOU CHANGE WHOLE MANAGEMENT all are FAKE & BIASED , POLITICS is everywhere but in this organization all are POLITICIANS. you will see employees here no doubt but they are FORCED to stay BECAUSE they have RESPONSIBILITIES or they left their home town and have to make sure they pay to their P.G's monthly and have to send some to their families, they cannot afford switching to other company because here YOU Cant even SWITCH THEY WILL NOT RELIEIVE YOU EASILY UNTIL THEIR CONDITIONS ARE MET , THEY WILL ENVY YOU if you share that you are trying to SWITCH, You will know this when you Join , But you will also remember this REVIEW that someone warned YOU and YOU Ignored this review or if someone asked you to IGNORE , but this all TRUE. Ignore this & you will be RIPPED.

Everything Worst management Worst operations managers Vinay and Maliha and Mumtaz Worst TL’s Prashant Mouria Join complete your training work 2 month after that, enjoy and take your 4 months salary and leave. This is the best thing you can do with this company.

Promotes favouritism and torturing every employee. No salary increment till now, management very cruel and cold hearted. Never ever empathize the employee when it comes to leave request and shift/weekoff preferences. Worst ever company to work for.

...gets as well. Meeting the metrix is so hard here and you don't even get a hike. The new joiners will get more pay than you but you won't be getting any hike. Plus you can't avail a paid leave on here.
