There is enough scope for learning and working as a Multi-Tasker. Very SAFE PLACE to work for a Female person. Job security is based on your capability of completing Day to day-to-day tasks with due diligence.

Owners are good and decent. Quality of products are really good.Working environment is good.

Two organizations within one organization.Team work is missing.Low level of transparency and communication lag.External persons views carry more weight than even Senior person's views and knowledge. Although professionals are employed but not allowed to function professionally leading to lot of confusions.

Good company according to work life balance, timely sal credit and comfort. Location of Head office is also at a very posh area near metro stations.

Skill development and promotion/increments are poor, even if you give more efforts.
