Likes: 1. Study Leaves for Exams like CA 2. Salary credit within Reasonable time frame 3. Appraisal and Promotion. For example myself has almost triple the salary over here and cleared my CA examination. They value the extra efforts done. 4. Proper work life balance as timings as are 9:45 to 6:15 with 2 sat off, & max late hr sitting will be till 7 to 7:30 that too occasionally at senior level. 5. Both director are superb. Director Jaikishan Bhagchandka (JK sir), he is really an gem of a person, expert & visionary. And Director Ashish kedia, he really understands the process and flow to be implemented specially in Accounting.

Dislikes

As family Owned Company so very difficult to be part to reach till director positions.

Nothing in Shangrila Corporate Services is worth liking.

Dislikes

Zero training, abusive bosses, bad quality of work environment that can negatively affect your health, and your salary from the already diminshed levels will be diminshed further, the company cannot distinguish between skill sets and does not honor education levels. Will probably hire an IIM candidate, whose boss will have zero achievements in life, with just a BCom and a tendency to be the boss's favorite.

Employees are supportive towards each other.

Dislikes

A company no one shoukd joined. Pathetically manage by directors. No manners while talking to staff or employees. Job security is zero which makes work environment scary. Work life balanced is not managed by management properly. Micromanagement is such that it makes you suffocating to work.

Dislike about the working at SCS? - I can write a book of 1000 pages, and definitely all the ex-employee will purchase and rate it 10/10.

The environment isn't great to be honest. It's really bad, it's toxic. They micromanage, there is not much freedom and trust factor. Crazy targets to achieve, they don't know how to treat their employees and management keeps yelling like they own you.
