Low salary hikes High work load Delayed promotion Negligible bonus Hight day to day compliance Biased Treayment with inhouse grown up interns, you will always feel left out in comparison with their interns.

...and seniors are very supportive in nature, you get huge opportunities to growth. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year, You get job securities as well.

The work environment here is excellent, but the only concern is the process of promotions and salary increments.

I think Grant Thornton is a wonderful company to work. I joined as a fresher but never felt odd. We were very much valued and welcomed. Got to learn so much from all my seniors and team members. Very cooperative team members and seniors. Work life balanced is very much well maintained. You'll always enjoy your work here because of the culture.

I think the compensation should have been a bit more for the amount of hardwork we do.
