The scope of learning is amazing as most engagements are small compared to Big 4 and you will get exposed to a variety of those engagements.

The work life balance is terrible and extremely poor people management.

Overall the learning curve was great. But very soon you are thrown into the ring and expected to know it all without any formal training. But it totally depends on the team.
