Had year end bonus and all employees kick off in a resort ðŸ˜ and had good seniors to mentor in workplace which helped me grow personally and professionally.

Dislikes

Can't voice out issues arrised with HRBP to anybody. HR is a dictator in that Business Unit.

No promotion not much salary benefits Each year we're seeing salary drops and constantly hearing budget issues Management will gaslight you and benefit themselves They will say inclusion but will operate otherwise and show it off. Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
