Had year end bonus and all employees kick off in a resort 😁 and had good seniors to mentor in workplace which helped me grow personally and professionally.

Dislikes

Can't voice out issues arrised with HRBP to anybody. HR is a dictator in that Business Unit.

...entrate on their budget and target which will make you nothing in the workspace. No promotion not much salary benefits Each year we're seeing salary drops and constantly hearing budget issues Management will gaslight you and benefit themselves They will say inclusion but will operate otherwise and show it off. Add a little spoon of partiality and politics and conflict of interest

...es employees and after completion of contract remove them from their positions .They take contract person on very less salary and not providing pf and esi . Contractor treats their employees as a servant and not giving respect.

Operators category employees getting work life balance, good salary benefits. And leaves.

Dislikes

Here for Operators category is getting very good salary and other benefits, as well as top most management getting good befit and composition. But the real work force is supporting staff, CFT and middle management are not getting hike and market value salaries. No leaves getting, but it's getting labs not paid for used leaves.
