Suggestions: Company has to reach everyone. Need more marketing for the company. Have to provide Salary Account, payslip. Have to implement Uniform T-shirt once a week. Have to increase unicorn list clients.

...e approach in administration, they have a long time goal with tremendous vision. Recieved me good, Training was outstanding and knowledgeable, Pay was good and competitive, Flexible work culture...etc lots and lots of positivity about the CEO of Scaling Theory . He is a real boss so far i have seen Actually I am unfortunate to work along with Scaling Theory due to my personal commitments. One who dedicated his work here will succeed defenitely for sure. ...tion for the efforts not for the revenues you create 4. No Non-sense policies 5. Salary on time (30/31st of everymonth) 6. Diwali Gifts 7. New Year Parties 8. Grand Offsite trip to exotic 5 star resorts once in a year for 3-5 days 9. Long-term vision 10. Excellent Colleagues One of the best company to start your career. Unfortunately, I couldn't continue due to my marriage. The CEO said, "the door is always open for you" waiting for the right time to "knock knock" in the near future.

Great ambience to work! Hand picked talent advisors! Best incentives ever in consultancy field! Excellent company culture with two offsites a year! Montly once Movie, Pizza etc... Flexible work timings and no work pressure also with lots of indoor games facility Promotions and appraisals can be acheived in a very short period based on the performance! The best thing is we will learn new things about recruitment everyday from day 1! Last but not least the CEO and founder of scaling theory Mr. Vikna prakash is the strength behind our successful journey. With the CEO's guidance I've did my first closure within the first month of joining!
