Comfortable working hours and work culture. Friendly and enthusiastic working Environment. It is a Great Organization and I have learned lot here. As a fresher I had to Learn to Communicate clearly and quickly to clarify with my CEO and Team Leader. I enjoyed most aspects of the job. I satisfied salary compensation, Incentives and Promotion. Yearly once Offsite trip.

Suggestions: Company has to reach everyone. Need more marketing for the company. Have to provide Salary Account, payslip. Have to implement Uniform T-shirt once a week. Have to increase unicorn list clients.

I am learning from the scratch about the recruitment and talent sourcing. So I am working on both tech and non tech roles now. My CEO himself teaching about the requirements, when I am working for a difficult requirements .The higher officials in the company are easily approachable ( including Team leaders), they are listening to our suggestions and grievance and working on it. Here appreciations and rewards are based on the effort and hard work, not only based on the revenue. My colleagues are all well supportive and co-operative. Great opportunity to learn and source for latest technology requirement for the saas based product companies. Company culture is good. Mangement focus on an individual growth of an employee. Offsite, movie day, pizza day etc. is all good to enjoy. Scaling theory is overall a good place to work for.
