Compensation is decent, and growth is high at long term period. Fix working hours 9 to 7 and 5 days working a week with paid leave. Seniors are very helpful and no internal politics. They have strict company policy that who want to work and want to growth themselves TIGI HR will be the perfect platform. No extra working hours you can enter at 9 AM and at 7 PM you can leave. There is fix schedule for everyone but sometimes we have to work overtime . So sometimes it becomes stressful.
