A company's Reputation maintain by there employee by there seniors and by there all professionals who working there and a part of that company's but if there is anything wrong all companies reputation work culture n all everything ruined. So in RMSI Cropalytics is, the worst seniors, toxic work culture and everything is according to there's law that all leaves which is of employee you have to work, no matter where you are no matter what's your condition, they treat you like a slave because poor management and culture. Now comes in the main character who just demolished the reputed company name , company profit, work culture named 'Piyush Dubey and Anjali Bansal ' The Most Unprofessional and The toxic people I have ever Met with my working life. These Two just Ruined everything there main owner should understand this. Start with Anjali Bansal,Piyush dubey this lady is most toxic and same with piyush, th hey are multi standard , this Lady Anjali not even listen to the juniors problem what they facing, just have showing her english sense( worst english)nothing else not have tech knowledge same with Piyush. They have no leading Capabilities , no tech knowledge,No communications,nothing ,no support to the employee, who suffer with toxic team leads at a same time .If there's People want a healthy company a healthy surrounding,check toxic people like them they also included some of toxic team leads who got recognition As they Are become 'Chamchas' now of there unprofessional Two.

It used to be a very good company but the managers there now have ruined it in everyway.

Blatant politics the manager there literally enjoys appeasement. They work on web forms. Technical specialist there doesn't know coding have been out of world for 10 years then she suddenly joined back with reference. I myself have seen buttering in a meeting. Your image there is what Anjali and piyush project to higher ups. You will have to be ready to do work 24/7 and 7 days a week cause nothing is stable there. I have worked till 4 am sometimes and no they don't work with us clients. If you are a developer everything is your fault even if data isn't coming from db team side it's your fault.If you are good at buttering you will flourish otherwise you won't get any recognition. Hrs there are puppets of management they relay you the message after consulting the managers. Companies value their talented employees but your talent won't be put in front of higher ups. Be ready for your credit to be stolen. Everything happens with the mercy of Anjali and piyush.

Nothing useless company no work life balance you have to work till so many nights manager are very bad.

There is nothing to like worst company don't go into this managers are selfish they don't belong to technical field they speak hypothetical. Nonsense talk no work life balance they will remove without any fault . To remove you they will give different different irrelevant reasons.

The only thing I like about this company was I learned c# web forms but now even that's too outdated.

When I joined the company I was given best employee appreciation by my senior manager but few months later I received a letter stating my performance was not up to mark like seriously just a worst excuse given to cover that they don't have clients anymore to pay me my worth.
