Good learning, brand identity, good pay

Dislikes

Very toxic culture, some of the senior leaders in PwC's very own HR team lack basic work ethics & people management skills. Individuals in leadership roles are promoted based on their results but compeletely ignoring their behavioural aspects. I dont think this review would even matter to them.

It’s a good company to work for and I sometimes it depends on the client where we are allocated to. Overall a good place to work

Salary hike is not as per expectation. It’s better to get the max hike while entering the company

Salary is really good. There is a lot of strategic experience can be gathered

The process for offshore billing socks. The partner driven culture is good for small head count but be a big organization you much change the way it is right now.

Good work culture, good leave policies average compensation, good learning opportunities, and good year end bonus.

Dislikes

As it's a consulting company, you will not always get good projects. Some US directors and partners specifically who moved from India to US are very aggressive which will ruin your work life balance and stress level.

Lack of leaders , no client management, seniors are not approachable, Rude and inhuman behaviour from bosses and HR too. No project pipeline , lack of opportunities. Join at your risk ! High attrition rate ! Lost management
