PwC is good in terms of job security unless you are a consistent low performer who doesn't take responsibility for his/her career. Not a great paymaster but has high brand value in the market. So, experience at a Big 4 firm adds value to profile

Dislikes

Salary is decent and career growth depends on factors beyond individual performance. Learning aspect was not given much importance but now online learning through LinkedIn initiative is a good step taken .

Pay package is good, job security is better and communication to management team is possible (though solution is not there)

Staff deployed in cleint location is controlled by Client and PWC management is least bother about work life balance issue since client pressurize PWC workers a lot due to their high billing .

Great people, great environment although this may differ from project to project and individual people behavior. Perks are very good. High cover health insurance, L&D benefits, awesome flexibility and additional self enrolled fund benefit for near and dear one (applicable on individual selection)

Dislikes

...ome leadership do micro management which affects adversely to the mental health. Major dislike is initially you will get a good salary if you switch from any other company to PwC. But in appraisal expecting much may disappoint you.
