Learning opportunities. You will become master here in your skill .

Dislikes

...12%-40% on reward statement. But you will get 3% of bonus at the end of year 😆. 2) they deduct insurance premium from salary. Before joining ask for high pay . Performance doesn't matter here for promotion .only good connection with managers important 😂. Lots of politics . Be ready to work on weekends.no personal life . 1 source working on multiple projects. Even If any task get delayed due to multiple project assignment, they gone blame you only . Your health is not important. You die but you have to complete your work.

1. Work life balance is screwed as you'll be working on multiple clients 2. There's discrimination and favourism for sure 3. Very slow promotions 4. Senior management sucks 5. Your weekends are screwed most of the times 6. No onsite or something like that whatsoever 7. Leaves are very less and even if you're on leave expect your managers and people to reach out to you 8. Also you'll be working 24/7

Client is god, he can demand anything as he is generating revenue for company either obey or leave, there is no one to take a stand for professionalism against client.

...rself first" 4) No proper communication and HR policies 5) Partner driven firm 6) No investment for employees, looks like they have hired subcontractors and now they have to just pay salary only ( that too very low comparing other companies and even in different vertical of PwC for same JD and Role) 7) Culture of back biting and searching scapegoats 8) Almost all jobs are only Program management, no IT advisory 9) PwC have no negotiation power for benefit of their employees 10) You were expected to be yes man and also there was a whatsapp group where even a slight thing shared by partner would be applauded by 250 members of group 11) Ratings are given irrespective of your objective work or any metrics but mostly on "what partner or your manager feels about you". SO no points of debate or other view points. Even illogical/silly ideas ( which always failed to be implemented/executed properly) but with butter in it would get you better rating. 12) Salary hikes minimal as per market standards 13) No work from home 14) Saturday working without any extra money i.e. 6 days working ( even if your joining letter mentions 5 days) 15) No office infrastructure i.e. you have to sit at Clients place but when submitting proposal they dont even talk about proper workable office from clients thus everyday you have change your office location and that to without any toilets or drinking water nearby sometimes. 16) Even if you raise issues multiple times no action would be taken All the points are common across most of the people working with PwC G&PS. We used to discuss it on daily basis (almost daily). But due to no skilling up or on job training, most of staff got stuck there.

...e is enough potential for growth if you like to work in the offshore segment. 2. The salary is good. 3. Good experience if you want to move out of India in other AC's or Onshore teams. Although there have been less opportunity to move to the onshore team recently.

1. There is no concept of work life balance. There seems to be busy season all around the year specially in EUM and TMT Industry. 2. If your manager has a habbit of micromanagement then it is going to be very difficult to grow in your job. 3. Minimal to no client facing audit experience.
