Top Heavy Organisation.. Partners who are in grown PWC products have over time grouped themselves politically licking the senior partners and so on and so forth.. in some small teams, one can even find the youngest team member, i.e., analysts licking to their seniors as that is the only protocol required other than being in the right groups.. if these jokers (the inhouse breed) are asked to practice without their brand, no one would stand them for more than 5 minutes. Low on business accumen - surviving purely on past goodwill, joining of Non-pwc bred partners and some ex- government officials and most inportantly Referral work from PwC network firms.

Company policies are quite good and focussed towards employees; if you perform well your job is secured; teammates are helpful and friendly, management is transparent.

No work life balance, salary is too less considering the work pressure, policies are there in place but are not implemented, if one opts for some development course then he/she is required to complete it outside of office hours

Leaders are totally useless & inefficient when it comes to HR & admin Department. Shakir Iqbal, Pemanand, Karthi Palanikumar are pathetic employees and have no work ethics. Vikas Aggarwal - Director from the contingent Workforce management team is one the most incompetent leader I have seen. He regularly abuses his team & gives no growth. Should be fired immediately on compliance ground.

... discussions are a bit frustrating since the hr wont budge to your negotiations. Hence the salary wont be what is expected when moving companies.

It's totally depends upon manager, this time I got terrible manager (lady) who is not giving any work to me and if on request of uper manager I received any work then also she asks me to charge half an hour only for individual return which is not fair.
