Salary Hike is much lower compared to market. Also Variable is low. Work life balance is not good in some teams. Too much pressure to handle everyday

There provide salary above then market, except that everything is bad. You need to work under US folks, even if you are senior manager you might have to work under someone who is every junior to like an senior associate.

Great people, great environment although this may differ from project to project and individual people behavior. Perks are very good. High cover health insurance, L&D benefits, awesome flexibility and additional self enrolled fund benefit for near and dear one (applicable on individual selection)

Dislikes

...ome leadership do micro management which affects adversely to the mental health. Major dislike is initially you will get a good salary if you switch from any other company to PwC. But in appraisal expecting much may disappoint you.

I work in consulting domain and it's over all satisfactory 1. Pay is okayish compared to service industry people 2. Hike is also good compared to few companies but not all 3. Culture is good 4. Work satisfaction is also good as you get to work with lots of high profile 5. clients as PWC is a brand

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is screwed as you'll be working on multiple clients 2. There's discrimination and favourism for sure 3. Very slow promotions 4. Senior management sucks 5. Your weekends are screwed most of the times 6. No onsite or something like that whatsoever 7. Leaves are very less and even if you're on leave expect your managers and people to reach out to you 8. Also you'll be working 24/7

Difference between salary structure of employees in same level, same team and almost having same exp is more than 4lpa. You have to do a lot more of unnecessary work because project feedbacks are not of much value.
