Good learning, brand identity, good pay

Very toxic culture, some of the senior leaders in PwC's very own HR team lack basic work ethics & people management skills. Individuals in leadership roles are promoted based on their results but compeletely ignoring their behavioural aspects. I dont think this review would even matter to them.

Management No growth No pay for extra hours Force you to work beyond your shift timings No compensation pay or OFF for extra workdays I regularly worked for 18saturday without any pay or comp off No appreciation for your job

Perks and benefits are superb.Transportation is too good.salary hikes are also good

Long working hours.if you make a small mistake they will through you out of the company without considering the earlier efforts you have put in.There is manager named roshni who is never supportive ..if you are a northie you will have good future.few times u need to work till 2 am.But still they say that you havent done anything .work life balance is zero.

Happy with the salary. If you're a money minded person and don't need personal growth, you can work here.

Internal politics and influence. Treatment of employees is getting worse and worse day by day. Takes you for granted and you can't say no to anything. Should be available for work all 7 days in a week while you only get paid for 40 hours. Famous for most overworking employees and zero work life balance.

It is difficult to say, how good this Company is in terms of the culture. It really comes down to your own Team and Bosses. I've been fortunate enough to get a very good Senior Leadership team, that is nurturing and understanding.

...can make the entire pond dirty - if there are many, one can imagine how it gets. 2) Growth Opportunities and Compensation - The growth opportunities are very poor. No clear growth trajectory is shared. Compensation as well, is on the lower side.
