It has been great experience working in PwC India for last 2 years. Overall work culture, job satisfaction and quality of work is really good. Also everyone is very supportive whenever needed. Medical Insurance policy is great though copay is raised to 15% from this year. Hybrid work policy is another key aspects here.

Dislikes

...s for learn things as work pressure remains constant and high most of the times. Also compensation wise, PwC is renowned but unfortunately last year hike percentage was very bad. Hope this will improve from the coming years.

This company has following good things 1. Salary is on time. 2. Awesome learning paltform.

Dislikes

1. No job security. 2. Project is based on your luck not on skill set. 3. During company policy change in 2024 in AC India, everthing has become narrow. 4. You have to take care your utilization.

Poor Work life Balance Driven by Seniors and not the skills Should be very close with the leaders. People are working only to get the visibility and not for the welfare of the company’s growth or for the projects

Nothing I gave interview for datascience role through campus placement, they put me in SDE, pay is worst as well. 8.5LPA base for SDE when others pay double

Everything , no WLF, NO salary, not nice colleagues, very high expectations,
