Worst work life balance is a myth in pwc, management is toxic. They do not treat employee with respect , less pay, more work, no pay for extra time worked , managers will force employee to work from home

Likes

The culture of PWC is good. Pwc puts so some effort for upskilling employee brand value that's make a difference among PWC there other competitors. They have organized many programs to build brand of its own for its employees as well.

Dislikes

...t compromise on things that they promised to new hires at the time of induction. Personally I have faced so many like Joining bonus not received, welcome is a joke after multiple followup we have received defective products, & Adding to this they removed the Swift Allowance which was discussed at the time of salary negotiation. They consider the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM as a general day Swift 👎where you supposed to work in night hours. This is directly effecting our pockets.

Note Above ratings are based on the team I am working with. 1. Great learning. 2. Good salary. 3. There some good Manager's in team recently who are doing exceptional job. 4. Great brand value. 5. Steps are being taken to standardise the process.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is zero. 2. Promotion are a hit and a miss. No standard metric to evaluate a candidate. 3. A lot of attrition which has reduced quite a bit which is a good thing. 4. So much of uncertainty in the team. 5. No proper communication within the team members. 6. A lot of ad-hoc request even if it not you work people call you directly on to your phone. 7. Some policies are not cool.

Likes

1. At the Associate level for a Fixed Term Hire (Contract basis) PwC SDC is providing good salary and benefits which are slightly more than other Big4 2. It provides a good amount of e-learns which helps a lot when doing the work.

Dislikes

1. There are lots of politics when comes to promotion. I can also say that it purely depends on the team you are working in. 2. One thing that I don't like about PwC SDC is they will shift the employees between the domains based on their requirements.

Likes

The people inside the firm are so professional and treatedment from then is also equal to all the individuals. Again this depends on the line of service you are hired for.

Dislikes

Compensation and the benefits are bit less comparing to other Big4. Again as I work in PwC India it might be the reason.
