For ESG business unit, the work culture, the pay or the skill development nothing is good. Managers know nothing amd try to squeeze everything out from the associates with 2 3 years of experience. They pay peanuts for lots of work. There is no work training given you just join and they just make you work and expect you to know everything.

Dislikes

Everything from leaders lacking empathy, emotions to politics that makes it furyher misreable to survive. You will be hired for something and then will be deployed at a location that's miles away from your home. You will end up spending hours daily to and fro but they will care less. No learning or skill development as all the focus is on business and you regardless if your level or skills, would be expect to generate revenue. That's all that matters to the partners....

...y is also on the higher side if we compare with the other peers in the industry. Compensation is decent.

Dislikes

Senior members use their positions to manipulate things and this creates a highly unhealthy environment within the team. Some people enjoy more administrative facilities and get escape easily compared to others only because of their familiarity with the top management. Nepotism/biasness has become an integral part of the organization and due to which some of the eligible candidates suffer from mental harassment and lower growth even after having the necessary potential.

They give ample space to balance your work life

Compare to it's competitors it pays way leaser amount of salary and there is no such initiative to make it better even after such a high attrition due to the same reason.
