Definitely not a good place for freshers. Politics plays a significant role. The problem is you won't get a chance to learn a single technology properly. I was working as a cybersecurity associate, I had previous bug bounty experience but haven't been given pen-testing roles just because of my base locations. They said people who work in a particular base location are assigned specific roles. During Intern, we are asked to choose roles in cybersecurity just for fun.No place for skill development.Even People with 3 experience and fresher are treated the same.People who join this role should understand the difference between cybersecurity and GRC, because this company does GRC in the name of cybersecurity.

Leaders are totally useless & inefficient when it comes to HR & admin Department. Shakir Iqbal, Pemanand, Karthi Palanikumar are pathetic employees and have no work ethics. Vikas Aggarwal - Director from the contingent Workforce management team is one the most incompetent leader I have seen. He regularly abuses his team & gives no growth. Should be fired immediately on compliance ground.

The likes and dislikes may vary based on the project you are in within each stream in PwC. I work in payments transformation in Advisory , here the work like balance is good and the team is supportive, for me.

... discussions are a bit frustrating since the hr wont budge to your negotiations. Hence the salary wont be what is expected when moving companies.

...e is enough potential for growth if you like to work in the offshore segment. 2. The salary is good. 3. Good experience if you want to move out of India in other AC's or Onshore teams. Although there have been less opportunity to move to the onshore team recently.

Dislikes

1. There is no concept of work life balance. There seems to be busy season all around the year specially in EUM and TMT Industry. 2. If your manager has a habbit of micromanagement then it is going to be very difficult to grow in your job. 3. Minimal to no client facing audit experience.

Worst work life balance is a myth in pwc, management is toxic. They do not treat employee with respect , less pay, more work, no pay for extra time worked , managers will force employee to work from home
