...e and the number of working hours has gone up significantly amidst the pandemic. The bonus and increment this time has been drastically affected. However, we can't blame leadership; at least they have given us something whereas other companies have not given their employees a single penny whilst making them toil.

... 1) The brand name which will help you bag better opportunities in the future. 2) Salary is better than most other companies (but still not good enough to compensate for the work load). 3) The work environment is pretty casual. 4) The interview process was easy. Cons- 1) There is NO work-life balance. You'll have to work almost all weekends (for 8 to 9 hours each day) in addition to weekdays. 2) Working hours stretch for almost 12 hours everyday. 3) They will hire you for something particular but then make you work on something where you have no expertise absolutely. 4) Leadership is poor. Your manager/director/lead won't help you out or ask if you're facing any issues while working. Whatever you do, is on you only. 5) There are no benefits like leave encashment, comp off, etc. so you'll be left absolutely drained and tired. 6) There are no learning opportunities. Although pwc encourages you to undertake trainings from Coursera, you won't get the time to complete anything of value.

It's totally depends upon manager, this time I got terrible manager (lady) who is not giving any work to me and if on request of uper manager I received any work then also she asks me to charge half an hour only for individual return which is not fair.

Everything here is average in terms of work culture, work life balance, salary and benefits, promotions, learning and development and work satisfaction. It depends on the manager under which you are working and the team you are a part of. (Auditing domain perspective)
