...hen they are in good books of superior and not based of work performed by them. Compensation is not at par with competitors. Every Manager work according to their own style and expect you to work accordingly irrespective of whether that is correct way of working or not.

PwC is a place that always supported my growth and PwC personnel were always willing to impart knowledge whether it was through trainings or whether on the job. There was never a single movement where people weren't willing to guide you and help you grow in your career.

Dislikes

I was with PwC for 4 years and I was a bit unhappy that the salary structure for new joinees was considerably higher than the ones who had stayed loyal to the firm. Either way PwC still remains one of the best experience and companies I've worked for

Zero work life balance and in some cases it’s less than zero. Won’t increase your salary even if you are currently payed below the market average. They won’t increase salary even for genuine reasons.
