Internal politics and not looking at the deserving candidates for promotion. People who speak louder about themselves get more visibility and get promoted.

Salary benifits, and flexible work hours because most of projects are regular indian timings with some overlapping with client calls

Dislikes

They don't align you properly with your skill set. Every time they show projects which is not related to your tech stack.

They pay well and that's the only positive with them,

The managers are bossy, ruse and harass you no matter how you work. NO job security at all, zero job security. All good projects, roles are assigned to people based on favoritism and internal politics. Better stay away. ONLY MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT PROJECTS GIVEN TO FRESHERS.

Work Life Balance is terrible. Old Employees are like Boss of Company and don't behave good with new employees. Very Aggressive timeline and less involvement in Decision Making
