Good culture and friendly atmosphere makes it a go to company CONS -- Salary disparity and promotion process is extremely discouraging which is prompting long term employees to look outside. Example : You prove again and again , you get appreciation by peers and client but still you fail in the promotion process and an outsider in 1-2 hour of interview gets more and designation he was looking at. Request to look at their long pending list

People are hired in mass recruitment. Scarcity of projects is present. People are not told about bench policy-8 weeks on bench means 50% cut in yearly bonus. 11 weeks on bench means 100% cut on yearly bonus

Culture is great you get opportunity to learn, flexible working hours(totally depends on the project)

Job security, compensation, Promotion is degrading now a days so rigid policy for promotion and hike is the worst

... policies, senior leadership looks more like high school bullies than corporate. Also bonus and hikes are given out like favours from a benevolent God.

Good salaries to new joiners, but it costs them work life balance. Stable client base.

...ies, no outing, no travel. No increment for majority of employees since 2 years. No full bonus to managers and above. Enforcing WFO.
