Your promotion only depends on your last year performance. 3. Onsite opportunity is there but in my project its a ball game. Only higher managers will get that opportunity

Good culture and friendly atmosphere makes it a go to company CONS -- Salary disparity and promotion process is extremely discouraging which is prompting long term employees to look outside. Example : You prove again and again , you get appreciation by peers and client but still you fail in the promotion process and an outsider in 1-2 hour of interview gets more and designation he was looking at. Request to look at their long pending list

People are hired in mass recruitment. Scarcity of projects is present. People are not told about bench policy-8 weeks on bench means 50% cut in yearly bonus. 11 weeks on bench means 100% cut on yearly bonus
