Good salary. No appraisals. No promotions. No job security. Hiring and firing culture. People are sitting on same Designation for 5-6 years. Most of the managers are doing Team Lead work.

Dislikes

No appraisals since 2022. No job security. No promotions. Managers are working as if they are in government services. They are incapable and mostly do team lead work. Internally within teams also there is no culture of wishing birthdays, cake cutting or even sending gift to each other from team side.

Its managment is highly manipulative, and employees who doesn't subscribe to their shady and sometimes pervertic activities, they get fired by labelled as incompetent , even possibly by the same persons who rated they excellent while hiring .

- Salary gets credited on time - Work from home is pretty much accepted and encouraged across the board.

Dislikes

- Horrible salary - No people to people connect, no empathy - Upper Management is not reachable - Lots of politics and favoritism - All projects are super-aggressive with 10-11 hrs day being the usual norm. working weekend is very normal. Toxic work life overall. - No shift allowance, no overtime

1. Hicks not happened every year. I can guarantee you that if you are into the system from 5 years, you definitely missed 3 hicks. 2. They have throughout the year promotion cycle but its a lie. Your promotion only depends on your last year performance. 3. Onsite opportunity is there but in my project its a ball game. Only higher managers will get that opportunity
